Created for Necromancer, The Ultimate Scourage / Disasterous Necromancer, which I bought on WEBTOON, but was irritated that I could only read in the app.

use `python3 download.py` to (resumably) download the configured manga (comitted with settings to download disasterous necromancer).
Has reasonable pauses and timeouts etc, which are configurable.

Use `generate_html.py` to generate a static site, single cli param for what directory to generate from, defaults to disasterous necromancer.

Both scripts have usage blocks (written by the AI, like both scripts themselves).
